ACA:

Reporting Under Sections 6055 & 6056

A Clear Guide to ACA Reporting

Although the ACA’s reporting requirements for employers have been in effect for a few years, the reporting can still cause a fair amount of frustration and confusion for employers.

The ACA’s reporting requirements were established to enforce and administer the employer shared responsibility rules under ACA.  Our webinar explains which:

  • employers are subject to the reporting requirements under Sections 6055 & 6056
  • forms must be submitted by the employer
  • forms must be provided to employees.

The webinar will also discuss who is an Applicable Large Employer and the definition of Full Time Employee and Full Time Equivalent Employees.  Additionally, our presenters will review the required forms and data fields that need to be included as well as methods of reporting.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • Section 6055 Reporting
  • Section 6056: Reporting Entities
  • Section 6056: Information to be Reported
  • Section 6056: Methods of Reporting
